Shipping Policy

At Notte, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers. Orders are usually processed and shipped the next business day.

We offer fast, reliable delivery straight to your door, with packages typically arriving within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.

Returning Online Purchases

At Notte AB, we want our customers to always feel confident that they receive new, fresh, and unopened products. Therefore, returns of tested or opened products are not accepted. If your products are completely unopened, you may cancel your purchase within 30 days.

We do not provide a prepaid return label; you are responsible for the return shipping costs. When returning an item, you bear the risk for the goods, and we recommend sending the package with tracking. Please reuse the original box your order arrived in as the outer packaging for the return.

Clearly mark the return with "Notte AB," include a note with your name, order number, and email address, and send the package to:
